 Compare " Young Goodman Brown" with the poem "Dream Within a Dream" Apart from the fact that one is a poem and one is written in prose, what else describes the similarities and differences between the two? The story of "Young Goodman Brown" is mostly talking about how he has a wife name faith and she started saying to not sleep with him, Goodman started to worried and say whats happening.Then Goodman started to say he that hes christian like his father and grandfather and how he's a honest men. He started to talk about his catechism and anything that involve God. He went into the woods and saw a old men by the tree and it seem like the devil like many of them said. What do you think Hawthorne's purpose was for writing this story?  To give us an advice of how good people can change real quick to evil people. Hawthorne states that Brown's wife is "aptly named" Faith.  After reading the story, do you agree?  Does Faith's name fit her personality?  Does Brown have true faith in her? yes  What do you think the pink ribbons signify? the pink ribbons is from her cap. Was everything Brown witnessed real, a figment of his imagination, something conjured by evil, or a dream?  Support your answer with passages from the text.                  Happiness to me means being happy and loving life.For me happiness is hard to explain but i do know that just being positive or waking up with a smile or positive vibe and staying positive thought about anything of life. Happiness for me is mainly basketball,family and enjoying life while i'm still young.Basketball is my happiness because whenever i'm on the court i could just forget about all my problems around  me and also loving those games where its back to back and sweating knowing i'm putting in a lot of work and hearing the swish sound from shooting a great shot and also having your love ones and other people cheering for you. My family is my happiness as well because i care so much about them and they've been the only ones that been keeping it real with me and telling me whats the right and wrong choices of life and school;. They've pushed me to stay on top from school to basketball and to life.Their the only people i can always count on.
